Luxoft India is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team in Delhi. This pivotal role involves leading intricate transformation initiatives within the financial services sector, with a specific focus on areas like Treasury, Capital Markets, and Transaction Banking. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business strategy and technology implementation.
Required Skills
Candidates must possess extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or product delivery, particularly within Treasury, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking, or the broader Financial Services industry. A deep understanding of Treasury operations, including payments, settlements, liquidity management, and transaction processing, is essential. A proven track record in leading complex transformation programs and effectively engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders is mandatory. The role also requires direct experience in delivering or supporting initiatives related to Digital Assets, tokenisation, blockchain, or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
