Overview

Point72 is actively seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join its Technology Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in evolving the firm's IT infrastructure by engineering and operating foundational technology platforms. The team focuses on innovative solutions, embracing enterprise agile methodologies, and supporting a broad range of technologies from data centers to large-scale cloud services, all aimed at improving time-to-market for business initiatives and enhancing end-user collaboration globally.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy the robust SDLC platform, which includes CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code.
Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitHub Actions, while also supporting legacy Jenkins pipelines during migration phases.
Establish and maintain secure build chains by integrating software supply chain security controls, such as dependency scanning, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation, and artifact signing.
Work collaboratively with security teams to embed DevSecOps practices, incorporating automated vulnerability scanning and compliance checks.
Apply leading DevOps principles in areas like automated testing, configuration management, and comprehensive release management.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery of software solutions.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges associated with the SDLC platform.
Create detailed documentation, practical tutorials, and internal training materials for various developer tools.

Required Skills
