Overview
This Associate Analyst position supports Real Estate Portfolio Strategy & Management within Deloitte's Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) Real Estate Services team. Based in Hyderabad, this role is integral to supporting real estate initiatives, project lifecycle management, and contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project milestone progress for various portfolio initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, action logs, and decision trackers.
- Collaborate with project managers and portfolio leaders to identify scheduling impacts and manage project status governance.
- Develop and analyze portfolio data, transforming insights into executive-ready presentations.
- Coordinate internal communications for office openings and closures, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Manage project support activities including shared mailboxes, task tracking, meeting preparations, and outcome documentation.
- Conduct research to support transformation initiatives within real estate.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling.
- Ability to create impactful presentations, charts, and tables using Microsoft PowerPoint for leadership updates.
- Experience in tracking project milestones, action items, and risks using Smartsheet or similar work management tools.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for summarizing information, drafting insights, or automating reporting.
Eligibility
