Job Description

Overview

This role is for an HR Analyst within Point72's HR team, which aims to be a strategic partner to the business by providing data-driven insights and operational excellence. The team focuses on leveraging analytics and technology to support employees and leaders, fostering an inclusive culture, and attracting, developing, and retaining talent.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Analyst will serve as the primary contact for HR operations, addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and standard procedures. Core duties include managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, processing contracts and HR documentation in coordination with other departments, and maintaining accurate employee and benefits data across all HR systems. This individual will conduct regular data checks, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance and data integrity. They will also partner with global HR Business Partners on daily execution, generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition), maintain and enhance HR dashboards, support audits, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Skills

Candidates should possess relevant experience in an HR Analyst or HR operations capacity, along with practical experience using HRIS platforms and HR data management systems. Strong analytical capabilities are essential, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment is crucial, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role requires demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information, strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, a team-oriented and collaborative mindset, and a high degree of attention to detail.
