Point72, a prominent global alternative investment firm, is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join its technology team. This role is crucial in supporting the firm's equity trading technology infrastructure. The team is dedicated to enhancing IT systems, exploring open-source and AI solutions, and adopting enterprise agile methodologies to drive innovation in the investing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential technical and operational assistance for the firm's trading platforms, ensuring peak performance.
- Manage and execute software updates and new releases across all trading platforms.
- Oversee both production and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) trading environments.
- Respond to incidents affecting trading systems, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders and end-users.
