  • Track all remediation efforts to completion, maintaining thorough, audit-ready documentation and quantifiable evidence of risk reduction.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and ticketing queues pertaining to remediation and onboarding activities, ensuring prompt responses, proper prioritization, and timely escalation.
  • Leverage AI tools and large language models to automate routine analysis, reconciliation, and documentation tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), information security, identity operations, or a comparable technology role.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, account remediation, or access cleanup initiatives within an enterprise setting.

  • Proficient working knowledge of Active Directory, group-based access models, and service account management.
  • Experience supporting privileged account onboarding or working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g., CyberArk or similar).
  • A strong understanding of identity hygiene principles, least-privilege design, service account risk management, and best practices for access control.
  • Experience in supporting remediation tracking and audit-related validation activities, including the generation of audit-ready evidence.
  • Proven ability to analyze extensive access and entitlement datasets (e.g., access extracts, entitlement listings, reconciliation reports) to pinpoint control gaps and prioritize corrective actions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple remediation workstreams and driving issues to closure.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate remediation and onboarding efforts across global stakeholders.
