Job Description

Overview

This position is part of Amazon's Transportation Operations Center (TOC), the central unit responsible for coordinating complex freight movements across the supply chain network. Representatives will oversee the seamless transportation of inventory, address operational exceptions, and work directly with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain clear communication channels between external logistics partners, suppliers, and internal company departments.
Process, extract, and study logistical data to compile actionable reports that support operational planning.
Formulate system requirements for technical teams to help build and improve automated supply chain tools.
Manage real-time freight anomalies, escalate issues to correct departments, and follow up until fully resolved.
Deliver direct support to partners and resolve urgent shipping delays in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
