Overview
This position is for a Full Stack Developer I responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performing applications. The role involves working collaboratively with technical advisors, ensuring code quality, and actively participating in team development initiatives, including mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to decompose epics into features and define robust solution designs.
- Develop and implement resilient, scalable, and high-performing code and microservices solutions.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of all developed code and solutions.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best development practices.
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks, providing clear status updates and escalating issues as necessary to leadership.
- Act as the owner for software demo content and facilitate acceptance processes.
- Promote communication and problem-solving across various development teams and business stakeholders.
- Clearly articulate technical requirements and needs to both onsite and offshore vendor teams.
- Serve as a backup for the development lead in their absence.
- Mentor and train junior developers, ensuring effective knowledge and practice transfer within development teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end application design and development.
- Fluency in English.

Eligibility
