Overview

Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the EA Digital Platform (EADP) team in Hyderabad. This role is focused on contributing to the infrastructure and services that connect players globally. As a Systest Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the performance and reliability of EA's gaming platforms through automation and rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain C++/Scala code for simulating game call patterns to support applications and features.
  • Design and execute stress and load tests, including defining game-play driven scenarios and setting up complex distributed test environments.
  • Analyze test results thoroughly and provide accurate reporting.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system and network performance issues, as well as test automation problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve identified issues.
