Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to lead the development of our next‑generation SaaS platform. The role reports to the VP of Engineering and will involve designing, building, and scaling micro‑service architectures, as well as mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable micro‑services using Node.js, Python, and Go.
• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Write automated tests and integrate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to define requirements and deliver features on schedule.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and improve existing codebases.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least two backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, Java).
• Deep experience with front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and work with GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event‑driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OWASP).
• Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or technical publications.
