About the Role

This hybrid role seeks a demand analyst with four to five years of experience in COM, React, and C++ who can design, build, and support analytical tools for enterprise‑scale applications. The analyst will ensure reliable demand insights, intuitive user interfaces, and robust integrations that help the organization optimize planning decisions and deliver better outcomes for clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business demand patterns using custom tools built with COM components and C++ logic layers to provide accurate and timely demand forecasts.
• Design responsive and accessible front‑end interfaces using React for stakeholders to explore demand trends, scenarios, and performance indicators.
• Develop reusable COM‑based services that integrate with existing enterprise platforms, ensuring consistent data contracts and stable automation of core demand analysis workflows.
• Implement robust C++ modules that perform high‑volume data processing, complex calculations, and advanced aggregation for near‑real‑time demand analytics.
• Optimize React components and client‑side state management to improve dashboard load times, interaction responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in product, operations, and data to translate analytical requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions aligned with organizational priorities and compliance standards.
• Conduct detailed code reviews for COM integrations, React components, and C++ libraries to maintain code quality and reduce maintenance overhead.
• Create automated test suites for front‑end and back‑end modules that validate key demand scenarios, edge cases, and regression risks.
• Monitor application performance metrics, error logs, and user feedback to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements.
• Prepare clear analytical reports and visual summaries generated through React interfaces to help stakeholders understand demand shifts, risks, and opportunities.
• Document solution designs, data flows, interface contracts, and configuration steps for easy onboarding and support in a hybrid work model.
• Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure all COM integrations, C++ modules, and React interfaces follow secure coding practices and organizational policies.
• Support production deployments during day shifts by validating release readiness, monitoring post‑release behavior, and addressing issues affecting demand visibility or user experience.

Requirements

• Four to five years of professional experience working with COM‑based applications delivering analytical or planning solutions in an enterprise or multinational environment.
• Advanced skills in React for building modular user interfaces, managing complex client‑side state, and integrating with back‑end services.
• Strong proficiency in C++ for performance‑sensitive processing, algorithm implementation, and integration of legacy components into modern analytical platforms.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code review, unit testing, and continuous integration in a hybrid work model.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, or planners to interpret demand‑related requirements and translate them into stable technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills supporting remote and onsite collaboration, clear status updates, issue discussions, and knowledge sharing across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications
