About the Role

Responsibilities

• Follow pre‑defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform audit tasks with high accuracy and productivity.
• Make logical decisions while auditing, even when information is ambiguous.
• Report audit results and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Approve or disapprove audit entries based on guidelines and explain the reasoning.
• Review governing sources to validate catalog data as needed.
• Browse the site and use search tools to locate products.
• Evaluate Amazon catalog content quality against guidelines and SOPs.
• Thoroughly check product details for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data to identify new trends and patterns.
• Identify generic patterns in browsing and auditing to improve guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide feedback to streamline processes for more consistent, high‑quality results.
• Collaborate with project teams to write and test new SOPs for audit and data‑quality tasks.
• Remain flexible to meet business requirements and handle high‑priority English content for all English‑speaking countries.
• Independently communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders/clients when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
